CANCELLATION POLICY
Clinic Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We strive to provide exceptional care and dedicated attention to every client. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we enforce the following cancellation policy: Cancellations 24+ Hours in Advance: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations (< 24 Hours): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee. We deeply respect your time and kindly ask that you extend the same courtesy to our team. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
